PLEASE NOTE…….For your health and safety we are required to carry out sensitivity patch testing on all lash and brow tinting, lash lift, lash extensions, henna brows, brow lamination and laser hair removal and we are unable to carry out these if you have received the COVID-19 vaccine 14 days prior to an appointment.

We are also unable to carry out any treatments that involve massage (including facials, manicures and pedicures) if you have received the COVID-19 vaccine 14 days prior to an appointment.

All waxing clients should be made aware if you have a waxing appointment within 14 days of receiving the COVID-19 vaccine that you may experience increased sensitivity for a few days after a vaccine and we recommended waiting so it’s more comfortable for you.

All massage appointments are a maximum of 45 minutes and working on the back of the body until further notice.

To help you make your appointment please read the following information and advice.

Please note that all our services are only available to clients over the age of 18, with the exception of the following treatments:

  • Waxing – underarms, legs, lip and chin on clients aged 14 and over
  • Aromatic and Prescriptive Facials – on clients aged 13 and over
  • Brow or Lash Tint – on clients over 16 and over
  • Lash Lift – on clients over 16 and over
  • Gel Polish Manicure or Pedicure – on clients aged 16 and over

If you are unsure about what appointment you need or would like to book or your suitability for an appointment, please do read the information and descriptions against our treatments on the actual treatment webpage, alternatively, contact us on 01458 835952 and we will be pleased to help you.

If you are a new client and booking your first appointment with us, please arrive at least 5 minutes early for your appointment so that we can complete the necessary consultation paperwork.

If you are booking an appointment for a friend or relative please book the appointment under their name.

If you can not see the appointment you are looking for, this is usually because safety conditions and patch test requirement prevent these from being made online so please check the treatment description and information and then contact us directly, or, it means we are fully booked and the required date and time is unavailable.

For nail appointments, if you require a french polish finish, please be sure to book that appointment to your booking, if you require nail art on Gel nails or nail extensions please contact us directly so we can ensure the correct length of appointment time is booked for you.

We aim to ensure that every client has the best opportunity to have a relaxing and highly professional service in a friendly and courteous atmosphere. To achieve this, we would ask all our clientele to keep in mind the following etiquette tips and terms and conditions of the salon.

BOOKINGS AND CANCELLATIONS

  • A booking fee may be requested to secure your appointment.
  • To cancel an appointment 48 hours’ notice must be given otherwise a 50% cancellation fee will be charged. Cancelling an appointment with less than 24 hours notice or failure to attend an appointment will result in the full cost of the treatment(s) booked remaining payable.
  • Booking fees are refundable where an appointment cancellation takes place more than 48 hours prior to the appointment time.
  • All our treatment timings include consultation and treatment time.

ARRIVAL
For you first appointment please arrive around 5 minutes  early for your first treatment in order to carry out the necessary paperwork.

Please arrive and a few minutes early for any subsequent appointments. If you arrive late time will be deducted from your appointment and the full treatment price will apply.
